Do you really need a spare room or Gift Boutique to sell products?  No.  Opening a separate gift shop on your property may not be possible without a major contruction project.  So get creative ... how about utilizing one or more of these suggestions?  You can certainly add to your bottom line!

Gift Armoire: Stock a shelving unit with mugs, postcards, bath amenities, sachets, your own cookbook, your association guide book, etc…

Subliminal Gift Boutique: “USE what you SELL” in your rooms and post what’s for sale in your guest room book. Mention specific items at breakfast.  Answer compliments about the products you use with this phrase:  "If you'd like to purchase this item for your own home, I could make the arrangements for you."  How easy is that?

Online Gift Boutique: Select limited items you like and open a “gift boutique” on your website. Don't forget to include premium romantic items like chocolates, roses and champagne you can easily place in their rooms upon arrival.

Suggestion Boutique:  Think about what products you have access to that could enhance your guests' experience.  If you host weddings, for instance… suggest to the bride that she give monogrammed robes as gifts to her wedding party.   

For corporate events, we have a wonderful line of crystal that can be etched with a corporate logo or with text to use as an award.

Direct them to SuiteRepose.com: Since we do not list prices on our site, you can suggest to your guests that they browse our site for the perfect item.  The verbiage is directed at innkeepers, for sure, but they'll thank you for giving them access to a whole array of unique products.  When they find an item they like, have them contact you with the sku or item description so you can get them a price.  Then contact me.  By the way, because we are a wholesaler, when we are contacted by retail customers directly, we ask where they heard about Suite Repose and send them back to you to make the sale. 

Weddings ... Corporate Events ... Family Reunions... etc
